Terms of Service
Thank you so much for being interested in my commissions! Before submitting your commission request, please take a look at the following guidelines:
General Terms
Commissions are first come first serve. If you need a commission done by a deadline, let me know in the commission application and I'll let you know if I can get your commission done in time.Commission requests are currently accepted through my Ko-Fi. If you have questions you can message me on Ko-Fi or email me at [email protected]Please make sure your submitted information is clear and concise, accompanied by suitable visual references.I won't draw the following:
✧ NSFW
✧ gore (mild scars/blood are okay)
✧ mecha/heavily detailed armor (basic armor is okay)
✧ in another artist's styleI upload completed commissions in my portfolio and on social media. If you would like to be tagged, please provide me your social media handle.I may stream my drawing process of your commission on my Twitch channel and upload on my Youtube channel. If you want to keep your commission private (up to a certain date or indefinitely) please let me know.I retain the right to reject a commission for any reason.
Payment
All payments must be finalized before I start the commission. I will only begin working on the sketch once I receive and confirm the payment.The only currency accepted is USD. Payments are processed through Ko-Fi or PayPal invoices.✧ If you want to sell merch of your commissions (stickers, t-shirts) that would be an extra charge (30% extra of the total price of the commission). When placing a request through Ko-Fi, please select the appropriate commercial use add-on if you would like this option.
✧ The commercial fee may be purchased separately of the artwork, ie. you may commission me for a personal work at first and then pay the fee at a later time. You will be sent a larger file size if applicable.
✧ Buyers may use their commissioned artwork for streaming purposes without paying the commercial fee. I do not consider streaming activity as commercial usage.
✧ Using the artwork as content for subscription-based platforms, such as Patreon, is also allowed without obtaining a commercial license.There are absolutely no refunds once I start working on your commission.
Revisions and Delivery
You will receive a sketch of the commission and have the opportunity to request any changes and edits, as well as to check that I didn’t omit any details from your inquiry.
I won’t be making changes that go against or aren’t included in the inquiry established prior to the payment.
The sketch is the only scheduled update and revision opportunity that you will receive. I won’t be sending any more updates until its completion, but if you want to check in on the progress, feel free to contact me!
When I turn in my final version you still have the opportunity to request minor edits such as color adjustments.Files will be sent through email, Google Drive link, or Ko-Fi.My current processing time after payment is 9-10 days.
Copyrights and Use
As the artist, I:
✧ Retain the copyrights to commissioned work.
✧ Have the right to cancel a commission and offer a refund if I am unable to
complete the order for personal reasons.
✧ Can post the final version of the drawing on my social media and use it as a sample for my commissions.
✧ Will not further profit from the commissioned work.
✧ May stream my drawing process of your commission on my Twitch channel and upload on my Youtube channel. If you do not want me to share your commission publicly through streaming the art process or posting on social media channels, please let me know ahead of time.The buyer is allowed to:
✧ Use the artwork for personal use.
✧ Use the artwork to promote themselves on social media, including Twitch, Youtube, and Discord promotional usage.
✧ Print the artwork for personal use, such as prints, stickers, etc. for themselves or others.The buyer is NOT allowed to:
✧ Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially, ie. making money off it in any way without purchasing the commercial rights.
✧ Claim the artwork as their own.
✧ Remove my signature from the artwork.
✧ Alter the artwork without my consent.
✧ Alter the artwork using AI software or submitting it as an NFT.
By commissioning me you are agreeing with the terms listed above.
Certain terms can be changed or adjusted through a mutual agreement established prior to the commission.

About the Artist
Hi! I'm Brittany, also known as SleeperNinja. I have a BFA in Sculpture Art, but my interests span across many mediums, including but not limited to ceramics, printmaking, painting, drawing, and digital illustration.
In recent years I have been learning to illustrate digitally in order to translate my love of plants and animals into new mediums. I am growing my illustration skills while pursuing new forms of art such as pattern making and illustrations for stream assets and products.
